Supporting Career Growth

The NAMM Foundation recognizes and supports students and professionals pursuing diverse career pathways in the music industry. Each year, we award more than $150,000 in scholarships and awards, to recognize excellence, advance professional development and create opportunities for emerging talent. From fellowships to internships, we invest in the people building a more musical world.

Lamond GenNext Award

The Lamond GenNext Award provides post-secondary students with professional development and networking opportunities at The NAMM Show. Made possible by the Mrs. G’s Music Foundation, the program supported more than 150 students from 50 colleges and universities in 2026.
